I had a fantastic stay here as the hotel is just a short walk to the stunning Biltmore Gardens and the iconic Biltmore Estate, making my city strolls incredibly enjoyable and easy. The friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed during breakfast with their attentive service.

We stayed for 3 nights in a King Room with a sofa bed. The staff was super helpful, and the location was nice and quiet. Breakfast was busy, but they took all the right precautions. Just a bummer that the TV remote didn’t work, but we figured it out with the TV controls. The bar area was cozy, too!

I had a comfortable stay with a delicious breakfast buffet that was a real treat. However, the bathroom storage was a bit cramped for us; my husband had to leave some clothes out.

I really loved the yogurt and egg frittata at breakfast, and the infused water in the lobby was a nice touch! The indoor pool and lovely lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Just a small note, the elevators were a bit slow at times, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😄
